Ledge Leadership is an organization dedicated to building future leaders through its offerings of learning programs. The organization has an existing property in Collingwood which is the focus of a new masterplan that reflects the ambitions and values of Ledge Leadership.

The masterplan is focused on three objectives. The first is to offer a spa retreat that can incorporate wellness and health into the program offerings. The second is to expand program offerings to adults, which originally was offered to students. The final is to have the plan reflect the Ledge Leadership’s core values of risk, reflect and relationship interwoven in the masterplan scheme.
